For Help With an Existing Order
Please include as many of the following details as possible:
- Shopify order number;
- exact product title;
- name and email address used at checkout;
- approximate purchase date;
- device and operating system;
- app or software name and version;
- file extension involved, such as PDF, ZIP, SVG, PNG, DXF, EPS, or XLSX;
- a clear explanation of what you expected and what occurred;
- steps you already tried; and
- a screenshot of the error when it does not reveal sensitive information.
For file-access questions, check spam and promotions folders and confirm that you are using the checkout email. For opening or import errors, keep an unchanged original file and avoid manually changing the extension.
Questions Before Purchase
Send the exact product title and tell us your device, software, and intended use. We can clarify information documented in the listing, such as included formats, page size, orientation, editability, and stated license.
We cannot guarantee compatibility with unlisted software, future software updates, modified files, unsupported devices, or third-party account features. It is best to verify required functionality before purchasing.
Commercial Use and Licensing Questions
Include the product title and describe the finished item you intend to make, how it will be distributed, and whether customers will receive a physical product, flattened digital end product, or editable source. Commercial-use permissions differ by listing and do not permit resale of original files, template links, source assets, or lightly modified copies unless the product-specific license explicitly says otherwise.
Copyright and Intellectual Property Reports
For a copyright, trademark, or intellectual-property concern, use the subject line Intellectual Property Report. Include your contact information, the protected work, the Temply Studio URL or product title involved, your basis for ownership or authorization, and enough detail for a good-faith review.
