Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

Temply Studio respects copyright, trademark, design rights, and other intellectual-property interests. This policy explains the ownership of store content, customer responsibilities, prohibited copying, and how to report a good-faith concern relating to a Temply Studio product or page.

This page provides general store information and is not legal advice. Rights and procedures can vary by country, platform, and type of intellectual property.

Ownership of Temply Studio Content

Unless otherwise stated, the original text, product descriptions, page layouts, digital planner designs, printable pages, templates, spreadsheet structures, formulas, SVG files, graphic bundles, preview images, brand elements, and other original content published by Temply Studio are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

A purchase grants only the usage rights described by the applicable product license. It does not transfer copyright, authorship, exclusive ownership, trademark rights, or permission to redistribute source files.

Third-Party Names, Software, and Platforms

Product pages may refer to apps, software, devices, cutting machines, marketplaces, file formats, or services to explain compatibility or intended use. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Such references do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Fonts, stock assets, mockups, photos, and other third-party materials are included only when the product description says so and when the relevant rights allow distribution. Separate third-party terms may apply.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must use Temply Studio products in accordance with the Digital Product License, product-specific terms, applicable law, and the rules of any marketplace, app, or production service they use.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their finished products, marketing, business names, phrases, and added content do not infringe the rights of another person or organization. A commercial-use permission for a Temply Studio design does not grant permission to use unrelated trademarks, copyrighted characters, brand logos, celebrity identities, or protected text.

Examples of Prohibited Copying or Distribution

Unless explicitly authorized, the following activities are not permitted:

  • reposting or selling original Temply Studio files;
  • sharing download links or editable template links;
  • recreating a substantially similar digital product from screenshots or previews;
  • removing watermarks or attribution from preview media to reuse it as a listing image;
  • including source assets in a bundle, course, membership, shared drive, or resource library;
  • selling lightly modified, traced, converted, recolored, or resized copies as digital downloads;
  • copying product descriptions, support articles, page content, or store graphics for another shop; and
  • claiming Temply Studio content as exclusive or independently authored.

Reporting a Copyright or Intellectual-Property Concern

If you believe content on the Temply Studio store infringes a right that you own or are authorized to represent, send a clear, good-faith report to support@templystudio.com with the subject line Intellectual Property Report.

Please include:

  • your full name and reliable contact information;
  • the name of the rights owner and your authority to act when reporting for another party;
  • a description of the copyrighted work, trademark, design, or other protected material;
  • the exact Temply Studio product title, page, or URL involved;
  • supporting links, registration information, dated originals, or other relevant evidence;
  • a clear explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorized;
  • a statement that the report is made in good faith and that the information supplied is accurate; and
  • the action you are requesting.

Do not send unnecessary identity documents, passwords, payment details, or confidential business material. Redact unrelated personal information from supporting documents.

How Reports Are Reviewed

Temply Studio may review the identified content, product records, license information, source material, and evidence supplied by the reporting party. We may request clarification or additional documentation when necessary.

Depending on the circumstances, content may be corrected, temporarily restricted, removed, or left unchanged. A report does not guarantee a particular outcome. Knowingly false, misleading, abusive, or incomplete reports may delay review and can have legal consequences.

Reports Concerning Customer Use Outside Our Store

Temply Studio cannot control every customer's independent use after purchase. If your concern relates to a listing, social account, marketplace shop, or website operated by a third party, report the content to that platform or operator as well. Provide Temply Studio with enough information to identify the original product and understand the alleged misuse.

Responding to a Mistaken Report

If you believe your authorized Temply Studio content or use was reported by mistake, contact us with the relevant product, proof of purchase, license terms, project information, and the notice or platform action you received. Do not include sensitive account credentials. We can clarify the license we issued, but we cannot provide legal representation or control another platform's decision.

License and Product Questions

For questions about whether a planned use is permitted, contact us before distributing or selling the finished work. Include the exact product title, intended end product, distribution method, and whether the source file will be accessible to another person.
