Temply Studio is committed to making our online store, product information, and customer-support resources more usable for people with different abilities, devices, browsers, and assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we welcome specific feedback that helps us identify and reduce barriers.
This statement applies to the Temply Studio Shopify storefront and the informational pages managed by Temply Studio. Third-party checkout, payment, app, file-hosting, design, annotation, and software experiences may have their own accessibility features and limitations.
Our Accessibility Approach
We aim to support a clear and predictable shopping experience by working toward:
- meaningful page titles and heading structure;
- plain, descriptive link text;
- readable product descriptions and support instructions;
- consistent navigation across important store pages;
- text alternatives for meaningful store images where practical;
- sufficient information about digital product formats and requirements;
- keyboard-friendly and mobile-friendly use where supported by the theme and platform; and
- support options for customers who encounter a barrier.
We consider recognized accessibility principles when reviewing content, but we do not claim that every page, product file, third-party integration, or historical asset conforms fully to a particular standard unless that conformance has been independently verified.
Accessible Product Information
Digital products can present accessibility challenges because format, software, color, layout, navigation, and interaction vary. We aim to describe included file types, page sizes, orientation, editability, and compatible workflows so customers can assess a product before purchase.
For additional format information, visit the Digital Product Compatibility Guide. Contact us before purchase when you need clarification about a specific file or an alternate way to review product information.
Digital Planners and PDF Files
A PDF that can be opened visually is not necessarily optimized for screen readers, keyboard navigation, reflow, high contrast, or text extraction. Decorative planner layouts and handwriting-focused pages may present limitations for some users.
Hyperlinked planners can also behave differently across annotation apps. Customers should confirm that their preferred software supports the required navigation and accessibility features. Temply Studio cannot control the accessibility of Goodnotes, Notability, browser PDF viewers, or other third-party applications.
SVG, PNG, and Creative Graphics
SVG and PNG products are primarily visual creative assets. Preview descriptions and product text may help explain the design, but the source graphic may not contain semantic descriptions suitable for every assistive technology. Customers who need clarification about a specific design can contact support before purchase.
Canva and Spreadsheet Products
Editable templates and spreadsheets depend on third-party platforms, account settings, software versions, and the customer's own edits. Color changes, merged cells, charts, formulas, reading order, and exported formats can affect accessibility.
Customers creating content for others are responsible for reviewing the accessibility of their final output, including contrast, font size, alternative text, headings, table structure, link labels, and document reading order where relevant.
Known Limitations
Potential limitations may include:
- historical preview images without complete alternative text;
- decorative text embedded in images;
- digital planner pages designed primarily for handwriting or visual navigation;
- third-party widgets, payment interfaces, or apps outside our direct control;
- downloadable files that do not reflow or expose all content to screen readers;
- color combinations that can display differently across screens; and
- large or complex files that perform differently on older devices.
Listing a limitation does not mean it affects every product or user. It identifies areas we consider when reviewing the store and responding to feedback.
Requesting Help or an Alternate Format
If you cannot access important product or support information, email support@templystudio.com or use the contact form. Please include:
- the page URL or exact product title;
- the information or task you could not access;
- your device and browser;
- the assistive technology or software used, when relevant;
- a description of the barrier; and
- the format or communication method that would help.
Do not send medical records, passwords, payment details, or unrelated sensitive information. We will review reasonable requests and explain what information or alternative support can be provided. The availability of an alternate version can depend on the product format, ownership rights, and technical feasibility.
Third-Party Platforms
The store uses Shopify and may link to third-party services such as payment providers, Canva, Goodnotes, Notability, Cricut, Silhouette, Microsoft, Google, Apple, or other software. Temply Studio does not control those platforms' accessibility, interfaces, updates, account requirements, or support policies.
Continuous Improvement
We periodically review important navigation, product information, support pages, and reported barriers. Accessibility feedback is valuable when it identifies a specific page, device, technology, and expected result.
